www.beginswithai.com provides tools and infrastructure for accessing AI capabilities. Our offerings include:

• Paid API Service: Asynchronous access to premium AI models via subscription
• Free Tools: Browser extensions, utilities, and experimental features for AI integration

Our primary service provides asynchronous AI API access to multiple premium language models, including GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and DeepSeek.

How It Works:

• All requests are queued and processed asynchronously
• You pay for RPM (requests per minute) capacity, not per-token usage
• Processing times vary by model and complexity (typically 15 seconds to 5 minutes)
• Responses are retrieved by polling a status endpoint once processing is complete
• No real-time streaming is provided

What’s Included in Paid Subscriptions:

• Access to all supported AI models
• Unlimited token usage within your tier’s RPM capacity
• API authentication key
• Response retention based on your tier:
  • Starter: 7 days
  • Scale: 30 days
  • Enterprise: 90 days

Our API service proxies requests to official APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and other providers. We optimize for cost efficiency through batch processing, which allows us to offer flat-rate pricing.

We may offer free browser extensions, email-based AI services, and other experimental tools. These tools are provided “as-is” with no guarantees of availability or continued support. Specific terms for individual tools may be provided separately.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any models, features, or tools at any time. When possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.

To use our paid API service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including:

• A valid email address
• Payment information (for paid subscriptions)
• Any other information reasonably requested during registration

You agree to keep your account information current and accurate at all times.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Immediately notifying us at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or security breach

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Each person or organization may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits, aggregate capacity, or abuse our refund policy is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

You may not share your account credentials or API keys with others. If you need multiple users to access the service, contact us at [email protected] to discuss enterprise options.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account suspension or termination.

www.beginswithai.com offers three subscription tiers:

• Starter: $299/month (10 RPM capacity)
• Scale: $699/month (30 RPM capacity)
• Enterprise: $1,699/month (100 RPM capacity)

All tiers include unlimited token usage, access to all supported models, and response retention as specified in Section 2.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe and renews automatically on the same date each month.

We accept payment via PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on each billing cycle. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds.

If a payment fails:

• We will attempt to process payment again within 3-5 days
• Your account may be suspended if payment cannot be processed
• You will receive email notification at the address associated with your account
• Service access will be restored once payment is successfully processed

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time:

• Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle
• Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
• You will not be charged twice if you upgrade mid-month—we calculate the prorated difference

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing for new customers. Existing customers will not see price increases for the duration of their continuous subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, new pricing will apply.

All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription payment. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and will be processed within 5-7 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

• Service abuse or violation of these Terms
• Excessive API usage immediately followed by refund request (e.g., processing significant workloads then requesting a refund within the 7-day window)
• Accounts flagged for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment disputes
• Repeated subscription and cancellation cycles indicating abuse of the refund policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period

After the 7-day refund window, all subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges, but payments already processed will not be refunded.

If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of whether you are within the 7-day refund window.

You may use our service for:

• Commercial or personal projects that require AI API access
• Batch processing, background tasks, and asynchronous workloads
• Building products or services that incorporate AI capabilities
• Any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to aggregate capacity beyond your tier limits or circumvent rate limiting
• Use automated systems to bypass rate limits, usage restrictions, or other technical safeguards
• Misrepresent your relationship with www.beginswithai.com or claim to be an authorized reseller or partner
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or providing false account information
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive request patterns designed to degrade performance, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying technology of our service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations
• Share or distribute your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties

While we provide unlimited token usage within your RPM capacity, we expect reasonable use patterns consistent with standard batch processing workloads. Sustained usage patterns that significantly deviate from normal operation or appear designed to maximize throughput for redistribution to third parties may be reviewed for potential abuse.

Violations of this section may result in:

• Warning notification via email
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination with no refund
• Legal action if the violation involves illegal activity or causes significant harm to our service or other users

The severity of enforcement action will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation.

Each subscription tier includes a specified RPM (requests per minute) capacity:

• Starter: 10 RPM
• Scale: 30 RPM
• Enterprise: 100 RPM

Rate limits are strictly enforced and reset each minute. Requests that exceed your tier’s RPM capacity will be rejected with a 429 rate limit error.

When you reach your RPM limit:

• Additional requests within that minute will be rejected
• You will receive a 429 HTTP status code indicating rate limit exceeded
• Your limit resets at the start of the next minute
• No account action is taken for standard rate limit errors

Systematic attempts to exceed rate limits may indicate abuse. Patterns that may trigger enforcement review include:

• Rapid retry loops that continuously hammer rate-limited endpoints
• Distributed request patterns designed to circumvent rate limiting
• Sustained attempts to exceed capacity over extended periods

If we detect such patterns, we may:

• Send a warning notification via email
• Temporarily reduce your rate limit
• Suspend your account for 24-48 hours

Deliberate attempts to bypass or circumvent rate limiting mechanisms will result in immediate account termination with no refund. This includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to aggregate capacity
• Using distributed systems or proxies to mask single-source traffic
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in our rate limiting implementation
• Coordinating with other users to pool capacity in violation of the one-account-per-entity rule

While we provide unlimited token usage within your RPM capacity, our service is designed for batch processing and asynchronous workloads. We expect reasonable use patterns consistent with this model. Sustained usage at maximum capacity 24/7 for extended periods may be reviewed to ensure compliance with intended use cases.

Our service proxies requests to third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and DeepSeek. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the acceptable use policies and terms of service of these underlying providers.

Each provider maintains its own content policies and usage restrictions. By using our service, you agree to comply with all applicable third-party provider policies.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Process content that violates third-party provider acceptable use policies
• Engage in any illegal activity or process content that violates applicable laws
• Generate or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal protections

We do not proactively monitor the content of API requests or responses. However, we reserve the right to:

• Investigate accounts flagged for potential policy violations
• Suspend or terminate accounts found to be processing content that violates third-party provider policies or applicable law
• Cooperate with law enforcement and respond to valid legal requests regarding account activity

If an upstream AI provider suspends or terminates our access due to content processed through your account, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and deny any refund.

You are solely responsible for the content you process through our service. www.beginswithai.com is not liable for any content processed via our API or any consequences arising from such content.

API request and response data is retained according to your subscription tier:

• Starter: 7 days
• Scale: 30 days
• Enterprise: 90 days

After the retention period expires, response data is automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.

Upon account termination or cancellation:

• All user data, including API requests, responses, and account information, is permanently deleted
• Deletion occurs immediately upon termination, regardless of your tier or remaining retention period
• No data recovery is possible after deletion
• If you need to retain data, you must export it before canceling your account

To operate the service, we collect:

• Account information (email address, billing details)
• API usage data (request volume, model usage, timestamps)
• Payment information (processed through PayPal)
• Basic analytics (service usage patterns, error rates)

We use collected data to:

• Operate and maintain the service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Monitor service performance and identify technical issues
• Send important account notifications (payment issues, service updates)
• Improve the service based on usage patterns

We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share data only with:

• Payment processors (PayPal) to handle billing
• Upstream AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek) to process your API requests
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process

Our service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee:

• Specific uptime percentages or Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments
• Guaranteed response times or processing speeds
• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the service

All requests are processed asynchronously through a queue-based system:

• Processing times vary by model, request complexity, and current queue depth
• Estimated processing times (15 seconds to 5 minutes) are guidelines, not guarantees
• Queue depth and processing speeds may fluctuate based on overall service load

We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Temporarily suspend service for emergency maintenance, security issues, or infrastructure upgrades
• Modify processing times, queue priorities, or system architecture as needed to maintain service stability

Our service relies on third-party AI API providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek). We are not responsible for:

• Outages, degraded performance, or service disruptions caused by upstream providers
• Changes to third-party pricing, policies, terms of service, or model availability
• Rate limits, usage restrictions, or content policy enforcement imposed by upstream providers
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures

If an upstream provider experiences an outage or degraded performance, your requests may be delayed or fail. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant third-party issues but are not liable for such disruptions.

While we do not provide uptime guarantees, we commit to making commercially reasonable efforts to:

• Maintain service availability and stability
• Process queued requests in a timely manner
• Notify users of significant service disruptions or planned maintenance
• Resolve technical issues and restore service as quickly as possible

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including but not limited to:

• Available AI models
• Features and functionality
• API endpoints and request formats
• Processing methods and queue architecture
• User interface and dashboard features

The AI industry evolves rapidly, and model availability is subject to change:

• We may add new models as they become available from upstream providers
• We may discontinue support for models that are deprecated or no longer offered by upstream providers
• When possible, we will provide 30 days advance notice before discontinuing a model
• In cases where upstream providers discontinue models without notice, we may be unable to provide advance warning

We may modify or remove features to:

• Improve service performance and reliability
• Respond to technical or security requirements
• Adapt to changes in upstream provider capabilities
• Enhance user experience

When possible, we will provide advance notice of significant feature changes that may impact your workflow.

We will not increase subscription prices for existing customers during their continuous subscription period. Price changes apply only to:

• New customers who subscribe after the price change
• Existing customers who cancel and later resubscribe
• Customers who allow their subscription to lapse and then restart

If you maintain an active subscription without canceling, your current pricing remains locked in.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing for new customers at any time. Current pricing will be clearly displayed on www.beginswithai.com/pricing.

For significant changes to the service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via:

• Email to the address associated with your account
• Announcements on www.beginswithai.com
• In-dashboard notifications

Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription through your account dashboard, or

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
• You will retain access to the service until that date
• All data will be permanently deleted at the end of your billing cycle
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in your billing period (except as specified in Section 5)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abuse of the service or excessive violations of usage policies
• Illegal activity or processing of prohibited content
• Any conduct that harms our service, other users, or third parties

For most violations, we will follow this process:

• Warning: Email notification of the violation with explanation and opportunity to correct
• Suspension: Temporary account suspension (24-48 hours) for repeated or serious violations
• Termination: Permanent account termination for continued violations or severe misconduct

We may terminate your account immediately without warning for:

• Intentional circumvention of rate limits or technical safeguards
• Creating multiple accounts to aggregate capacity
• Fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse
• Illegal activity or severe violations of upstream provider content policies
• Conduct that poses a security risk to our service or other users

Upon termination:

• Your access to the service is immediately revoked
• All account data, including API requests and responses, is permanently deleted
• You lose access to any retained data, regardless of your tier’s retention period
• No refunds are provided for terminated accounts, even if termination occurs during the 7-day refund window
• You may not create a new account without our express written permission

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations. You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including but not limited to: payment obligations, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law provisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, www.beginswithai.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Service interruptions, errors, or failures
• Loss of data or API responses
• Third-party AI provider outages, rate limits, or policy changes
• Any other matter relating to the service

IN NO EVENT SHALL www.beginswithai.com’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The limitations in this section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk between you and www.beginswithai.com
• These limitations will apply even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose
• These limitations are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and www.beginswithai.com

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless www.beginswithai.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including upstream AI provider policies
• Content you process through the service

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and www.beginswithai.com regarding the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights or provisions. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of www.beginswithai.com.

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

By using the service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails regarding your account, service updates, and administrative messages. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
